The Heart Behind Live Jennuinely
Hi, I’m Jenn — and I’m truly grateful you’re here.

Live Jennuinely started as a seed of an idea back in college — just a quiet whisper of a dream to bring more light, truth, and connection into the world. I didn’t know what it would become, but I knew there was something inside me that longed to help people feel seen, heard, and inspired to live more fully.

The path here wasn’t straight. It was messy, painful, beautiful, and completely transformative.

In 2008, my life changed forever when my dad was diagnosed with stage 4 nasopharyngeal carcinoma. I was sixteen. While other kids were thinking about prom and college applications, I was learning how to sit in hospital waiting rooms and manage anxiety that felt too big for my body. Watching someone you love most fight for their life shifts something inside you. Grades slipped, relationships faded, and I lost pieces of myself I wasn’t sure I’d ever get back.

When my dad passed away in 2013 — just before I graduated with my bachelor’s degree — it shattered my world. But it also broke me open. Suddenly, I saw life for what it truly was: breathtakingly precious and far too short to live out of alignment. That loss lit a fire in me — not just to survive, but to live with purpose. I went on to earn my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, driven by a growing calling to help others navigate life’s deepest challenges.

After grad school, I landed a job in New York City and threw myself into meaningful work. For years, I did all the “right” things — growing professionally, leading teams, building programs. Eventually, I transitioned into a corporate role, thinking maybe that’s what growing up was supposed to look like. But the truth is, it didn’t feel like me. The more I tried to make it fit, the more disconnected I felt from the part of myself that had always been guiding me. Every day I felt a growing disconnect, and a quiet voice inside me started to rise again — one I’d heard before — the one that said, “There’s more for you.”
So, I did something terrifying. I quit. No next job, no plan — just an inner knowing that I was meant for something more. That doing the scary thing wasn’t me falling… it was me flying.

That leap cracked me open in a different way — not broken but becoming. I gave myself permission to slow down, to heal mentally, physically, and spiritually. I got quiet enough to finally hear my own voice again, and it led me back to the mission that had always been there underneath it all: to help others come home to themselves.

Live Jennuinely LLC was born from that space. From loss and love. From purpose and pain. From the wild, messy beauty of figuring it out and choosing to believe in myself, even when the path wasn’t clear. It became a space where I could bring all of me — the coach, the facilitator, the deep feeler, the truth-teller — and create something that helps others do the same.

Throughout my journey — I’ve always been drawn to connection. The real, raw kind. The kind that helps people tap into their own strength, uncover what lights them up, and take bold steps toward the lives they’re meant to live.

What I’ve learned is this: the call we feel deep in our gut isn’t random — it’s the map. And we don’t have to wait until we feel “ready.” We just have to be willing to listen and take the first step.

At Live Jennuinely, I create spaces for people to do just that — to name the scary things, ask the hard questions, and step into the fullest, truest version of themselves. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about alignment. It’s about creating a life that feels like yours.

So if you’re here, wondering if there’s more out there for you — I want you to know there is. And you don’t have to find it alone.

Let’s fly.
